Fordham’s New York is built on partnerships.

Female student studies flamingos at Bronx Zoo.Our students provide needed research assistance to the New York Botanical Garden and Bronx Zoo/Wildlife Conservation Society, while they learn in two of the best environmental studies incubators in the country.

Fordham students at Alvin Ailey School of Dance and Juilliard don’t just practice, they perform.

And students who participate in our United Nations program see the impact of their principles.

So, when we say "New York is my campus. Fordham is my school," we mean the state-of-the-art laboratories, professional dance spaces, mentors at the top of their fields, and collaborators at the forefront of exploration, that only can be found in a creative powerhouse like New York.

Imagine if Fordham’s Rose Hill campus was joined with the grounds of the Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden, the 600-plus acre area would constitute not only one of the largest green spaces in the city, but also one of the most intellectually powerful centers for environmental inquiry and education in the world.
